|Recommended: YesRenting within Heron Bay — The neighborhood is nice, I do understand that the residents who own their own homes dislike the renters very much, but that is life. Alicia property mgr is helpful and friendly. issues with raised sewer hubs has caused damage to cars. Sean, the head of maintenance, is amazing, super nice always fixes it right the first time...
The design is a bit off but that is to be expected in bulk builds. but all in all, I enjoy the house and the environment.

|Recommended: YesLandlord should have ceiling fans and allow leasehold improvements — Friendly subdivision, does not feel like a rental.The challenge is renters have no contact with HOA and are unable to be a part of the process.We don't need to be decision makers but would like to have access to HOA meetings and learn more about what is happening arround us.
We are long term renters and want to be part of the community.

|Recommended: YesAn excellent place to live for a couple in their 60s — The fabulous open floor plan and the premium fixtures and features make us feel so comfortable. We moved from NYC and have twice the space for 1 3 less rent. Alicia and Sean really made us feel like part of this community from the outset.

|Recommended: YesLove it — We took a leap of faith and moved here without ever seeing the home or the community in person. We were pleasantly surprised. The home is lovely. The community is awesome. Everyone is so friendly. The whole place has such a positive vibe. We love it. The location is great too....beautiful farms surround the community and it's just a short drive to the stores and beaches. Schools are awesome. And Alicia was so kind and so helpful. This is a great community
