Everyone is so friendly. The whole place has such a positive vibe. We love it. The location is great too....beautiful farms surround the community and it's just a short drive to the stores and beaches. Schools are awesome. And Alicia was so kind and so helpful. |Recommended: YesIdeal one level floor plan for our retirement. — We just love the spacious living and endless storage with walk in closet in every room.
Desperate need of grass. Hoping some trees will be planted. New construction with dust and dirt to be expected but every time the grass is cut the sand is blown into my patio and deck. There is no follow up to blow the grass away or trim the edges. Also 7 30 am is a bit early to hear the lawn mowers.
All in all we are vey happy with only being here a month.

|Recommended: YesA Nice House in a Safe Neighborhood — We are very happy with our house here in Heron Bay. The construction quality is very good and there is ample space between houses to have privacy. The location is excellent, just far enough away from the busy towns to be peaceful and close enough to get anywhere easily. Everyone here is friendly, on the housing area and in town. There is plenty of historic areas to visit and good clean beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone from young families to retired couples.

|Recommended: YesGreat Neighborhood — The homes are very comfortable, spacious and affordable. Alicia has been great to work with and has handled any questions quickly and thoroughly. The neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. It’s a great place to live and will be very peaceful in the near future once all construction is complete. Even with the final phase of construction happening, it is fairly quiet and peaceful.
